If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 1 week of delivery at polmadeva@gmail.com

Items must be returned in their original condition, using registered post with tracking, within this period.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.
Replacements or refunds are issued once the returned item has been safely received and inspected.
