Europe (EU): Free shipping. No customs duties or import taxes.

Non-EU Europe: Flat rate €15. Possible customs duties or import taxes may apply (customer responsibility).

International: Flat rate €15. Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

United States: Flat rate €25 due to current shipping regulations, customs procedures, and increased international handling costs.

Returns must be requested within 1 week of delivery and sent back in original condition via registered post with tracking.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless the fault is ours. Refunds or replacements are issued after inspection.
